Set in a 100 year-old mansion house, L’Avenida offers chic, eclectic interiors. All air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV, wooden floors and large, comfortable beds. Slippers are provided and most rooms have great mountain views.

Relaxing with luxurious settings and a wonderful room.

The staff at L'Avenda were friendly, helpful, polite and professional. They made our stay comfortable and there service was a good mix of attentive and making sure we had our on space and time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The mosquitoes! Although, I'm not sure L'Avenida can be held responsible for them!

The venue was beautiful, lovely rooms and fantastic pool. The thing we loved the most was the staff. They were very welcoming, accommodating and very attentive! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Fantastic stay!

L’Avenida is such a lovely and convenient location in the heart of Soller city, and there is a parking lot right across the street, making it very convenient to park. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Mathew, who was extremely helpful and super nice, also very professional. We love the stay at L’Avenida and if ever we come to Mallorca again, we will certainly choose L’Avenida to stay. Thanks all the staff!

Hidden gem in the city

The location is amazing, right in the centre all the restaurants in walking distance. The pool is nice and deep only the mosquitos ruined the peace and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and good. Staff was very friendly and went the extra mile. We booked 2 rooms back to back as they hadn't had a single room available for the entirety of the stay. The manager told us to leave all the stuff in our room and moved us from one room to another which was great!

You have to park the car out of the city which means it is about a 15 minute walk to get to the car. You can however park in front on a paid parking spot or just drop off your stuff and then park on the main road for free.

Loved it

Beautiful hotel and fantastic location. Parking was across the road. Short walk from everything. Hubby wasn’t feeling well enough to come down for breakfast but no problem at all to bring it up to private table and chair outside our room.

Friendly , stylish hotel full of character .

Stylish hotel metres from the centre but quiet . Standard room not standard at all with lovely toiletries and fluffy robes. Large room with wonderful view of mountain . Nice pool and very lovely friendly staff . Clean and very welcoming, will return .

The wall at the end of the pool could do with a jet wash . .

A wonderful home from home in Soller. And Matthew went to great trouble to make our stay special.

A wonderful old and atmospheric building. The detail of the design and taste in furniture and furnishings was right up my street. The staff could not be nicer and the room was beautiful.

I liked everything. It will not suit all travelers only because the building is old and so people with mobility issues might prefer or need somewhere else.

Wonderful stay, attentive staff, love the small nature of the hotel and our room was beautiful. Only down side, outside shower didn't work and the water feature looked a little tired and grubby. That's all. Otherwise just fabulous
